On a Friday evening May 2018, participants met for discussions among colleagues followed by dinner together in the Hirschen restaurant in Merzhausen.

On Saturday, the team training took place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the DGzPRsport South/West Center in Breisacher Str. 84, Freiburg i.Br.
